This option costs R250 which you pay upfront, once you have ordered the courier will fetch the device from your address and deliver it to us then we can do the assessment.This process can take anywhere from 1-7 days depending on where you are situated and the nature of the problem with your device.
After that we will provide you with a quote and if you accept the quote we will then go ahead and fix the device and upon completion you will be provided with a invoice to pay the full amount which upon receipt we will then courier the device back to you.
However if you decide not to go ahead with the repair or we can’t fix it we will simply courier it back and you don’t pay any extra costs.
Please note liquid damaged devices are subject to an assessment fee of R450 regardless of whether we fix your device or not. If we do however fix it the cost will be waived and you are only charged the cost of repair.
