I sent my laptop in for an update and was assisted by Siya. I was told by other companies this could not be done, but Siya assured me that it was an easy fix, I couriered my laptop to Timeplex and it was updated the day it arrived, paid … More for and returned via courier to be delivered in the same week (had the public holiday not affected the courier delivery date). The service was efficient, friendly and very professional. I would 1000% recommend Timeplex to any Apple user, they are fantastic!
